Warranty Policy

This document defines the warranty policy for professional luminaires purchased from MasterPro Lighting LLC (Sales Division). This policy exclusively covers MasterPro Lighting and BZ Light-branded professional luminaires ("Products").

Masterpro Lighting : Warrants that the LED lights purchased from us will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase.

Warranty period : This warranty is valid for 10 years from the date of purchase, as indicated on the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Defects in materials and workmanship : The warranty covers failures or defects resulting from manufacturing issues.

Replacement or repair : The company will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any defective T8 LED light tubes at no charge to the customer.

Damage from misuse : This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, or failure to follow operating instructions.

Normal wear and tear : Components that have reached the end of their useful life due to normal wear and tear are not covered.

Environmental conditions : Damage due to exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture, or other environmental factors is excluded.

Unauthorized Modifications : Any alterations or repairs performed by unauthorized personnel will void this warranty. Warranty claim process

Return of defective products : The company may require the return of the defective T8 LED light tubes for inspection. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the product.

Extent of warranty : This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy for defects in the T8 LED light tubes. The company is not liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including but not limited to, loss of use, revenue, data, or profits, even if advised of such possibilities.

Economic Losses and Warranty Disclaimer : This warranty supersedes all other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Transferability : This warranty is transferable to subsequent owners of the T8 LED light tubes, provided the original proof of purchase is retained. Governing law : This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of florida without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Please provide your proof of purchase and a detailed technical description of the defect, including any relevant model numbers or specifications.

WARRANTY PERIOD : THIS WARRANTY IS VALID FOR 10 YEARS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE, AS INDICATED ON THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT OR PROOF OF PURCHASE
