At MasterPro Lighting LLC, we prioritize the quality and performance of our LED products. Below is our updated return policy to provide clarity on the process.

Return Eligibility and Duration
All LED products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. The return period begins from the day the product is marked as delivered by the courier. This policy applies to all LED products, including but not limited to LED bulbs, fixtures, strips, and panels.

Condition of Returned Products
To qualify for a return, LED products must meet the following criteria:
● Original, Unused Condition: The product must remain uninstalled and free from damage.
● Complete Packaging: All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included.

Products that show signs of use, installation, or damage are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
● Installed or Used Products: Once installed or used, products are no longer returnable.
● Custom or Special Orders: Custom-configured products are non-returnable unless proven defective.
● Clearance or Final Sale Items: These are sold "as-is" and are not eligible for return.

Refund Policy
Once payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued. We encourage customers to thoroughly review their order details, verify compatibility, and consult with our team prior to making a purchase.

Return Process
1. Initiate the Return: Contact our customer service team within the 7-day window with your order number, product details, and the reason for the return.
2. Receive RMA Number: If your return request is approved, you will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This must be included with the return shipment.
3. Ship the Product: Send the item securely packaged in its original condition to the designated return address. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping and Handling
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for returns. MasterPro Lighting LLC is not responsible for products lost or damaged during transit
